Our traditional know-how and our evolutions

The profession of winemaker as we do is a know-how that is part of the identity of each of us. For generations, we have cultivated these ancestral practices that nourish our family memories. Together, we take care of the vines planted since 1950.

By applying the old methods, our family has managed to retain this know-how while adapting to today’s innovation. It is the efforts of several generations that have enabled us, thanks to transgenerational evolutions, to achieve exceptional wines.

Our cellar

On our property in Saint-Emilion is our production unit called the cellar. It is the place where the wine making process takes place, which consists in transforming grape juice into wine with unique characteristics. In this cellar, all the steps of wine production take place from the arrival of the grapes harvested to the bottling. It contains our stainless steel tanks, our concrete tanks and our French oak barrels. Subject to strict hygiene rules this is the heart of the property.

Our inherited values

Château Beaurang is embodied by our family. Each member of the PUYOL family is grateful to the previous generation whose unique values they inherited: moral and human values transmitted by the love of the land and the daily efforts indispensable to the production of a wine of Saint-Emilion.
