On our property in Saint-Emilion is our production unit called the cellar. It is the place where the wine making process takes place, which consists in transforming grape juice into wine with unique characteristics. In this cellar, all the steps of wine production take place from the arrival of the grapes harvested to the bottling. It contains our stainless steel tanks, our concrete tanks and our French oak barrels. Subject to strict hygiene rules this is the heart of the property.
