In the mouth, our traditional Saint-Emilion reveals the roundness of merlot combined with the spicy side of cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon. On some vintages we can even taste peppermint that brings freshness or violet flavour. The vanilla aromas from the French oak complement this harmony and the tannins of the wood are melted. A beautiful structure full of subtlety. A wine to drink on red meats, dish in sauce and cheeses.
