After 2 hours with the grapejuice and the berries together in the tank, a «bleeding» is taken off the vat of cabernet-franc. This pink grape juice ferments then at low temperature. Château des Jouvencelles is bottled very early to enclose in the bottle its fruity flavours and to protect it from oxidation.

From pale pink to “onion peel” through "grenadine" each vintage reveals its color.

Château des Jouvencelles is an aromatic rosé. Int he mouth, it reveals aromas of red fruits and also exotic fruits. It can give an impression of «sweetness» while being a dry rosé with a pleasant acidity. It can be drunk as an aperitif, ideal for summer meals (salads, grills, fish), it will surprise you on Asian food.
