In 1983, Claude PUYOL and his wife Marie-Christine succeed José and Odette.
Joseph lived in Aragon, Spain. His first visit to France was to work the land by hand in 1913, he returned several times after and established contacts with landowners in Bordeaux.
After the 1st World War, the marriage and then the birth of José, Marie and Joseph decided to settle in France as farmers for almost 20 years in the village of Montcaret in Dordogne.
The family acquires an estate at the place called «Béouran». José and his brothers buy mules on credit to offer their services on all nearby properties. At the same time, they start planting vines on the land of Béouran. ©Photo credit : Archives Sud Ouest

Claude and Marie Christine decide to expand their range by producing rosé with the purchase of a property in Bordeaux appellation, Château des Jouvencelles was born!
Delphine, the youngest daughter of Claude and Marie Christine joined them in 2008, she will be the fourth generation to manage the estate with her parents.
